This is not a new requirement. Payment will be IPP.gov only. Small Business Set Aside only. The government is looking for base year plus 4 year(s) option contract. The contract will be awarded using the "Best Valve to the Government" as to determine who receives the award.
This contract requires janitorial services and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. The Contractor shall maintain every part of the premises known as the Flagstaff Ranger District Office(s) and the Mormon Lake Work Center Office(s) in a clean and acceptable condition. Various phases of cleaning and janitorial work shall, as a minimum, be carried out at the frequencies indicated on the schedule. Work shall be done after occupant working hours, during the hours shown. The hours of cleaning are negotiable and may need to be changed to better fit the needs of the Forest Service. Cleaning schedules must be approved by the Contracting Officer and the contractor in advance of any changes going into effect.
