Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide incinerator cleaning service which includes ash vacuuming, ash removal, ash disposal and slag removal from incinerator No. 1 in accordance with the requirements, specifications, TCLP Analysis, terms, and conditions.
