To prospective vendors,



This RFP is issued for the Corpus Christi Fire Alarm Replacement project (solicitation no. 47PD5326R0044). To be a viable candidate for award, the proposing Prime Contractor must employ a NICET IV (minimum of 2 years with Prime) as the team lead. See the solicitation document for the full list of qualifications.





A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, May 07, 2026 at 10:00 am CT at the Corpus Christi Courthouse at 1133 N. Shoreline Blvd. in Corpus Christi, TX. Please notify the GSA Contracting Officer Kevin Mack at kevin.mack@gsa.gov to confirm your firm’s plan for attendance.





Your firm’s proposal is due no later than 4:00 pm CT Friday, May 22, 2026.
