Wildcat Fish Passage Implementation Project
General work description: The work to be done generally consists of replacing the existing Wildcat Creek fish ladder with a concrete step pool system, roughened ramp channel with grouted boulders and deflection bollards, desilting and expanding the sediment basin, constructing RSP training berms with plant tubes, constructing access platforms, regrading the basin area, reconstructing a gravel trail, and modifying the upstream channel by replacing a grouted rock section with gravel and fines in the North Richmond area. Work includes shoring, stream diversion, and dewatering.
