The 673 SFS is requesting an Automated Identification Technology (AIT) System meeting the minimum requirements outlined in the salient characteristics document. The system must interface with the Air Force Network, Windows 11, and a consolidated inventory system across 6 workstations. Key features include real-time inventory reports with shelf-life tracking, condition monitoring with automated threshold alerts, item issuance/turn-in management using barcode scanning linked to CAC/DoD ID, and the ability to generate specified Air Force forms. The solution must include TAA-compliant barcode scanners, RFID scanners, barcode printers, and AFNET-compliant mobile tablets. One year subscription with technical support and system updates is required, along with comprehensive training for personnel at Joint Base Elmendorf-Ricahrdson Alaska. The additional minimum requirements are outlined int the salient characteristics document. The software must be able to connect to the NIPR network.
