OPTION A:
The City of Altamonte Springs desires to secure the services of a qualified vendor to design and construct an ordinary masonry restroom facility including all review and permit fees. The building includes but is not limited to the following: construction / permit plans, masonry walls with stucco finish, poured slab, doors, door frames, door hardware, painting, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, signage, LED lighting, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. More detailed information is provided in Exhibit A – Technical Specifications and Exhibit B - Drawings. The City will consider alternates. If quoting an alternate please provide the technical specs and drawings with your submittal for the City to review.
The City will be responsible for the demolition of the existing building and will coordinate all temporary services (i.e., utilities, network, etc.). OPTION B – ALTERNATE BID (REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED):
Design and construction of a turn-key prefabricated precast modular building restroom facility including all review and permit fees. The turnkey building includes but is not limited to the following: Precast walls with form liner finish, precast floor, door frames, door hardware, painting, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, signage, skylights, LED lighting, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. The completed facility will be fully functional and meet all the operational requirements of the City/Owner and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. This facility is located at Eastmonte Park at 930 Magnolia Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.
