Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for Crossing Guard Services. The services will include recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, coordination, and management of the Contractor’s crossing guards to ensure the safety of pedestrians and students at designated crosswalk sites in Fairfax County, Virginia.
