Solicitation:

1. This is a Multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to obtain aviation ground support services at designated airports to assist in the safe and timely precautionary mass evacuation of the critical transportation needs (CTN) segment of the general (non-medical) population to pre-designated locations and/or Host States in the event of a major disaster. 2The anticipated IDIQ contract length is a one-year base period of performance and four one- year option periods.

10. Place of Contract Performance: To be determined at the Task Order level. The Contractor may be required to attend frequent meetings and planning sessions virtual or at FEMA Headquarters for coordination and planning purposes.
