Notice is hereby given that sealed bids
will be received electronically

9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026
for an INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, as requested by the Cedar Rapids Community School District. All bids must be submitted through the District’s online bidding portal,
IonWave
.
Bids
via email, fax, or hard copy will not be accepted.
Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring their proposal is accurately and timely submitted through IonWave . The District is not responsible for delays, technical difficulties, or submission errors on the part of the supplier. Bids will be opened on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, after 9:00 a.m. CST (District clock). A ll bids will be evaluated promptly following the opening. Once an award has been made, a bid tabulation summary will be distributed to all companies that submitted a response. Bid results will not be shared by phone or prior to the official award. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the stated closing deadline. However, once submitted, no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the submission deadline. |
