INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS

The City of Bartlett Engineering – Wastewater Treatment Division is seeking bids for labor and materials for the renovation of two (2) circular clarifiers located at WWTP #1.

Information and documents regarding Bids and Proposals are posted on the City’s website at www.cityofbartlett.org .

Sealed proposals are to be received no later than 2:00 P.M. (CST) on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.  All packets, with an original and four copies must be labeled “RFP FY2025-04-009 “Wastewater Clarifier Overhaul” and addressed as follows:

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. (CST) to
address your questions and provide additional information for this proposal. All interested respondents will be required to attend this meeting. The pre-bid conference will be held at the Bartlett Wastewater Treatment Plant 5258 Shelter Run Lane, Bartlett, TN 38135. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your proposal .
