Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.





Solicitation number 12FPC326Q0010 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for UTV for USDA NRCS-Los Lunas, NM. The acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 are being utilized. The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed-priced contract resulting from this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of this RFQ and is the best value for the Government.





This acquisition is being set aside for 100% small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov.





The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336991 - Motorcycle, Bicycle, and Parts Manufacturing The small business size standard is 1,050 employees This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.





Statement of Requirement



The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Los Lunas, NM has a requirement for the purchase of one (1) Polaris Ranger XP1000 Northstar (brand name or equal); one (1) Tracks; one (1) Track Installation Kit. All should meet requirements as specified in the Specifications document (See Attachment 1 - P03 1166316 Snow UTV Specifications.
