Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Works and Safety for the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for Carmel Fire Department Vehicles IFB 2026 via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/carmelin . Bids will be accepted until 9:00 am on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 .
Project work will include
Two (2) Groups of Carmel Fire Department Vehicles 2026, namely:
GROUP 1: Three (3) 2026 Chevrolet Traverse LT AWD
GROUP 2: Two (2) 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe SSV 4x4 5.3 V8
Bidders may bid on either or both of these Groups

Total of five (5) vehicles will be requested for the Carmel Fire Department, split between two (2) Groups.
GROUP 1: Three (3) 2026 Chevrolet Traverse LT AWD
- The three (3) Chevy Traverse models will be used for staff/administration vehicles.
GROUP 2: Two (2) 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe SSV 4x4 5.3 V8
- The first Tahoe will be used for the safety training officer. The second Tahoe will be used for the community paramedic. Both Tahoe's will be used to respond to calls.
