NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
UNTIL: Friday, November 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM CDT
ITEM: Safety Action Planning Services for Searcy, Arkansas
The City of Searcy invites interested firms to submit a written Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to compose a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan in accordance with the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) federal grant program requirements and guidelines.
The City of Searcy supports equal opportunity; therefore, minority and women-owned business enterprises are encouraged to participate. The City of Searcy encourages participation of small, minority, and women-owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, professional services, and construction, either as a general contractor or sub-contractor. It is further requested that whenever possible, majority contractors who require sub-contractors, seek qualified small, minority, and women-owned businesses to partner with them.
Only those firms or individuals submitting letters of interest and completed proposal packages which best meet the needs of the City of Searcy will be considered, regardless of past contracts with the City of Searcy. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The City of Searcy is not responsible for lost or misguided submittals.
