TO: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

This Addendum supersedes, supplements and has precedence over all portions of the

bidding documents with which it differs. Acknowledgement of this Addendum is

required in the Bid Form in the space provided. Failure to acknowledge and respond to

any addenda issued by the District may, in the District’s sole discretion, render the

Bidder to be deemed non-responsive or incomplete.

QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS

1. The Notice Inviting Bids states that the contract award will be based on the Base

Bid amount.

Response: To clarify the Base Bid amount for each site should be entered on

the top line for each site. See attached Bid Form.

2. Is there an anticipated budget or Engineer’s estimate?

Response: No.

3. When would this work need to be scheduled?

Response: Anticipated start date is May 15, 2026

4. Will the District accept a Class ‘A’ License for this project.

Response: Contractor must possess a Class C-12 License
