Legal Notice - BID NOTICE
TOWN OF HIGHLAND
The Town of Highland hereby seeks requests for proposals for a qualified and insured licensed
tree removal service for the property at Montoza Cemetery Barryville
located on Mail Road Barryville, NY 12719
Contractor agrees to perform the following services:
* Remove designated tree(s) from the property.
* Section and safely lower all limbs and trunk as needed.
* Cut trunk to ground level unless otherwise specified.
* Remove all debris and leave the site in a clean condition.
The proposals should include pricing, qualifications, labor, equipment, debris removal, and site
cleanup unless otherwise noted and all pertinent information. All proposals will be treated as
confidential until the bid opening and must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked
"Sealed Bid - Tree Removal Services - Montoza Cemetery" and received no later than 12:00 p.m.
