Contract Opportunity

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pentagon Directorate, intends to solicit a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of SOCOM Athlete recruiting event space for the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC), Navy Talent Acquisitions Group (NTAG) - Miami, FL; utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, SOCOM Athlete LLC (CAGE: 8GQV0). The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 02 February 2026 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018926QZ047 at the following website: https://sam.gov/

This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 and DFARS Change Notice 2025-06. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order under NAICS 711320.

Performance/Delivery:
Performance is anticipated to occur at the contractor’s facility unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The anticipated period of performance is 13 March 2026 to 23 June 2026: Unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Responsibility and Inspection:
FOB Destination applies. Unless otherwise specified in the resultant purchase order, the contractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
