Request For Proposals for Guaranteed Savings Contract
Notice is hereby given that the West Memphis School District shall receive proposals for a Guaranteed Savings Contract until 2:00 p.m. CST on October 29th, 2025, at the Administration Office located at 301 South Avalon, West Memphis, AR 72301. For more information and a copy of the Proposal Content and Format, contact Dr. Cedric Hawkins, Deputy Superintendent at Chawkins@wmsd.net or call (870) 735-1915.
All Bids must include a proposal with the content and in the format described within the RFP.
The Board reserves the right to terminate this project prior to bids being received, to reject any and all proposals and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered.
