Description

This notice is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard Operational Logistics Command (LOG-95), Norfolk, VA, to identify sources capable of providing vessel support services for helicopter training operations for the following locations:



Sitka, Alaska; Astoria, Oregon; Barbers Point, Hawaii; Kodiak, Alaska; Corpus Christi, Texas; Houston, Texas; New Orleans, Louisiana; Aguadilla, Puerto Rico; Miami, Florida; Clearwater, FL; Savannah, Georgia; Atlantic City, New Jersey; Traverse City, Michigan.



The contractor shall be responsible for providing and operating a vessel in support of the Coast Guard's aviation training program and specifically providing all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, fuel, and equipment necessary for the vessel(s) to support helicopter hoisting. The anticipated period of performance for a blanket purchase agreement will be for a Base Period of one-year and 4 one-year option periods, for a total agreement duration not to exceed 5 years.
