Lonoke Public School District
You are invited to submit sealed bids for five projects for the Lonoke School District until 9:30 am February 3rd 2025. A bid packet for each project will be available for retrieval at the Lonoke School District Administration Building, located at 401 W. Holly Street, Lonoke, Arkansas. When submitting a bid to this address, please put to the attention of Jeff Senn, Superintendent. All bids will be opened in the board room at the Lonoke School District Administration Building, at 10:00 a.m. on February 3, 2025.
Bids shall include all taxes, fees and any increases associated with the project.
Agreement may be discontinued at any time within a 30 day notice in the event state funding to the district is reduced.
The contractor must have at least five years of experience in related services. Bids will be awarded based on price and contractor’s previous work history and experience.
The contractor shall include current proof of worker’s compensation and liability insurance coverage for their employees with submittal of bid.
There will be a scheduled walkthrough at 10:00 am on January 28, 2025. Please meet at the Lonoke School District Administration Building at 401 West Holly St., Lonoke, AR 72086.

Contractors shall submit a bid on each project or the entire project as a whole package.
