ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
Sealed Bids for janitorial services at various locations throughout the City will be received by: City of Cabot, at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, 101 North Second Street, Cabot, Arkansas 72023, until 10:00 am, on February 14, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Bid Documents may be procured after 9:00 am on Monday, January 20, 2025 at 101 North Second Street, Cabot, Arkansas 72023 by contacting Tammy Yocom via email at tyocom@cabotar.gov or via phone at (501) 628-5904.
A MANDATORY Prebid meeting will be conducted on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Cabot City Hall, 101 North Second Street, Cabot, Arkansas at 10 am to tour buildings. Bidders will be disqualified if they fail to attend this meeting.
Sealed Bids shall be delivered as follows:
• Via hand delivery to the attention of Tammy Yocom, Cabot City Clerk/Treasurer, Cabot City Hall, 101 North Second Street, Cabot, Arkansas, 72023
OR
• Via mail to the attention of Tammy Yocom, 101 North Second Street, Cabot, Arkansas, 72023
The City of Cabot reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all proposals, and negotiate final selection with the candidates of its choosing.
This publication is being done at the request of the City of Cabot. This publication costs $197.82 and will be paid for by the City Clerk /Treasurer’s Office of the City of Cabot.
