Oddo Construction is the General Contractor and is currently taking bids for a 44-unit apartment home call Belong KC. Please see the attached document on the facility.
The site is located at 115th & Ridgeview in Olathe Kansas.
We will be accepting bids until March 1st and plan on breaking ground in early May.
This project will be built sales tax free, the document is in the Spec Book.
