SLCo PAR120540 Childcare Service Analysis- E-RFP

Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Division of Parks and Recreation, plans to contract with a qualified firm to conduct a strategic business analysis to determine viability and substitutability for and potential partnerships with our licensed childcare services across four locations within Salt Lake County. The Division’s goal is to provide a comprehensive business assessment that will guide the strategic direction of the Division, specifically analyzing four locations and their respective demographics within their respective communities. This project will include a minimum of two phases: structural analysis and evaluation in addition to a SWOT market analysis. Assessment deliverables include a written report and oral presentation to Division management. The selected contractor will work closely with Division staff.
