Exterior Preservation - H. Carl McCall Building

The work of this single bid project includes but is not limited to the complete replacement of approximately 11,500 sf of EPDM membrane roofing and associated trim & accessories. Area will include two main low slope roofs and five smaller low sloped roofs. Scope of work includes but is not limited to general removals, membrane installation and minor abatement work.

Plans will be available after October 8, 2024 through Camelot Print & Copy Centers, Inc. (518-435-9696 & www.camelotprintandcopy.us ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for October 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the H. Carl McCall SUNY Building, 353 Broadway, Albany, NY 12246.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
