RFSQ - Owner's Rep CTE Warehouse Conversion

Project Description: The West Ada School District (the "District" or "WASD") is the largest school district in the state of Idaho with 40,000 students and 58 schools (34 elementary, 11 middle schools, 12 high schools and 1 K-12 school). The District covers 382 square miles and is contained within 8 municipalities ((2) Counties: Ada County, Canyon County and (6) Cities: Boise, Meridian, Star, Eagle, Nampa & Kuna).
WASD is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative services for the conversion of an existing warehouse facility into a Career Technical Education building located at 335 S. Locust Grove Rd., Meridian, ID. The project includes approximately 70,000 square feet of building improvements and associated tenant improvements.
The Owner’s Representative is to act in the District’s best interest throughout the design, construction, commissioning, and warranty phases of the project. The selected firm will provide comprehensive project oversight to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with educational program requirements.
