The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids for snow hauling services from the downtown area and other areas as directed for the upcoming winter season. All work shall be done in strict accordance with specifications. The contract period will be from the date of award through April 30, 2026.

Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
