| Description: | Henderson County Public Schools (“HCPS”) hereby solicits and invites proposals from qualified Companies and Businesses (“Contractor”), with proven experience and expertise, to submit a response to the requirements outlines in this RFP and provide pricing to provide one (1) Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Crisis Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), for in- person services only. The in-person service is a requirement and is non-negotiable. The intent of this proposal is to receive a firm price for Crisis Counseling Services that shall be performed in manner consistent with established specification outlined in this Request for Proposal. The budget range shall not exceed $90,000. for the term of the contract. NOTICE: THIS IS A FEDERAL FUNDED SOLICITATION This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a solicitation for services requiring the expenditure of Federal Financial Assistant funding. Contracts funded with federal grant or loan funds must be procured in a manner that conforms with all applicable Federal laws, policies, and standards, including those under the Uniform Guidance (2 C.F.R. Part 200). By submission of a bid, Bidder certifies to accept and agree to the Uniform Guidance Contract Provision. |
