Airport Commercial Consulting Services

The County of Orange, John Wayne Airport (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for proposals from experienced consulting firms to enter a five-year, task order-based contract to support our Commercial & Revenue Development, Finance Administration and other divisions as needed . The John Wayne Airport seeks multiple firm(s) to provide a team of qualified professionals to provide Airport Commercial and Financial Consultation services for John Wayne Airport (“JWA”). This RFP aims to establish a partnership with a consultancy/firm capable of delivering in-depth analyses and actionable recommendations to optimize our airline agreements, concession operations, rental car services, fixed base operations, parking and ground transportation analysis, real estate appraisal services, financial consultation, lounge development planning, golf course development and other similar services. The goal of this RFP is to develop a Business Support On-Call of established firms which the John Wayne Airport has the ability to retain over a five (5) year period for a specific project(s). Firms may submit a proposal or multiple proposals on the various specialized /areas/categories listed below.

As defined in the Scope of Work in Section 3.0, John Wayne Airport is seeking proposals within the following specialized areas/categories:

1. Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
2. Airport Financial Services
3. Municipal Advisory Services
4. Airline Agreement Consulting Services
5. Rental Car Concession Program
6. Land Use
7. Real Estate Evaluation Services
8. Concession Consulting Services
9. Ground Transportation Consulting Services

The objective is to provide specialized consulting services for optimizing airport operations enhancing revenue generation and improving passenger experience

Potential Respondents may submit for more than one On-Call support category.

Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.
