Phase 1: The Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) will work with one vendor to understand the current state PMO environment and provide advisory services on how to transition to a managed services model, including assistance with any transition of existing projects, establishing a chargeback model to agencies, the expansion of Business Analyst or other resources (if needed), resource management coordination, and general PMO framework/maturity consulting as well as portfolio management support. Phase 2: The Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) will collaborate with one single vendor in a managed services agreement to support its project management office. This partnership offers IOT numerous advantages, including time efficiency, access to on-demand expertise, and enhanced internal customer satisfaction. The time savings enables internal IOT teams to concentrate on strategic and core business operations. On-demand expertise provides scalable access to project management consultants with the required skills and expertise, streamlines onboarding processes, and supports flexible and agile operations. A focus on customer satisfaction ensures the delivery of high-quality projects. |
