Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting July 17, 2026 @ 9:00 am in the second floor Facilities Conference Room located at 32 Charter Oak Rd. Willimantic, CT Removal and replacement of the existing roofing and roof drainage systems serving flat roof section of the “Chiller Mezzanine” Area. Removal & replacement of existing structural steel support framing serving chiller(s). Removal and replacement rooftop mounted air-cooled chillers, hydronic pumps, motor controllers, power and control wiring including associated controls.
