RFP - A/E Services Downtown Campus Plan

Deschutes County requests proposals from qualified firms for design services to develop a campus plan for the Deschutes County Downtown Campus located in Bend, Oregon. The successful proposer will engage with campus stakeholders to develop goals and objectives for the downtown campus, provide case studies of relevant civic campuses, and develop a design framework for the campus. The final deliverable will be a single report that details future development opportunities, anticipates growth, and establishes a clear vision for the services provided on the campus with near-term, mid-term, and long-term plans with conceptual cost estimates.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting on May 15th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the DeArmond Room of the Deschutes Services Building located at 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend, OR 97703.
