This project calls for the installation of a single support pile and a new dock structure to serve the commercial fishing fleet at Pine Point Co-op. The work will improve tie-up capacity, provide safe access for skiffs, and support long-term working waterfront infrastructure in a saltwater environment subject to tidal change, storm surge, and ice.
