This Justification and Approval supports the sole-source award of a 20-year Umbrella Terms and Conditions Contract to RTX Corporation (CAGE 61858) under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Aquisition Regulation 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
This umbrella contract allows for the issuance of "C"-type and Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity Subsumable Contracts with Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (with Incentives), Firm Fixed Price (with Incentives), Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment, Level of Effort, and / or Time and Materials type pricing for Delivery / Task Order Awards.
