Base Elizabeth City Replacement of Fuel Injection Pump

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, parts, tools, and materials necessary to repair a generator in Building 37 at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville RD, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 in accordance with Statement of Work.

All quotes must be submitted by 1000 Eastern Time on May 9, 2025.

All quotes must be submitted via email to tami.n.clark@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing.

Source Evaluation: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 811310

The small business standard is $12.5 million.

All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.

The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.

Site visits are not required for this action but strongly encouraged, contact the unit COR to request a site visit.
