NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Salem State University

Salem State University (Awarding Authority) is inviting electronic proposals

for project SSU 2026-15 Fire Alarms System Modifications.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 sec.44A (2) (B) and to minimum wage rates

as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

General bids due: 10:00am on Wednesday June 17, 2026.

General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five

(5%) of the bid amount.

Salem, MA 01970.
