Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of ASME Digital Complete Collection from Orbis Cascade Alliance as a sole source based on the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. OSU is a member of the Orbis Cascade Alliance who purchases web subscriptions from ASME digital Collection contents. OSU Libraries purchases access to content from Orbis Cascade Alliance who coordinates agreement terms and renewal processes for the acquisition of content supplied by ASME Digital Complete Collection. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
