General Contractor Prequalification

Project Description: Jordan School District (JSD) is seeking prequalified general contractors to be selected as potential Bidders to provide an extensive remodel at South Jordan Middle School.
Notice is hereby given that because of the specialized nature of the construction on the named project, the need for timely completion thereof, and other related factors, that bid documents for all projects, including plans and specifications, will be given to and bids received from only those general contractors who have been prequalified by JSD to bid on these projects. The only general contractors allowed to bid on the construction and improvements of the named project will be general contractors prequalified by this solicitation.

This prequalification is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this prequalification conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
