INVITATION TO BID
PENNSYLVANIA WESTERN UNIVERSITY – CALIFORNIA CAMPUS Cal-246: Adamson Stadium Varsity Running Track Renovations Penn West University – California Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Contractors to download bid documents for this project. The project consists of but is not limited to site preparation and removals, demolition and removals, erosion and sedimentation controls, earthwork, track surfacing removal and replacement, full depth track pavement replacement, and root barrier installation. Work shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the Universi |
