RFP- Executive Search Consultant for Senior Management Positions

Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) is looking for one or more executive search firms to do proactive recruitment searches for one or more of these recruitments:
• Director of Housing Programs (Currently open - Candidates must have direct Section 8 program management experience.)
• Director of Administration and Services (Currently open – Candidates should have direct experience in one of the following functional areas: government procurement, communications, and/or risk management.)
• Assistant Director of Property Management (Currently open - Candidates must have direct LIHTC program experience.)
• Procurement and Administration Manager (Currently open - Candidates must have government procurement experience, preferably HUD-related. California public works procurement preferred.)
• Deputy Executive Director (Not yet open - to open over the summer. Job description subject to change.)
As needed, other management level openings may be assigned in the future.
