The National Park Service, Obed Wild and Scenic River, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material and equipment to furnish delivery of composite decking products and related installation items to include: Composite deck boards, composite kickboards, hidden fastener system, starter clip system, stainless steel security screws and accessory items. A list of detailed items in the specifications attachment.

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote
that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs.
