NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The School Board of Brevard County, Florida , henceforth referred to as the District or School Board is issuing an intent to single/sole source for Smart Mouth Pizza Program by Bull's Eye Brands, Inc. ( 26-0556-SS-MC ).

Project Overview

The District is intending to single/sole source The Smart Mouth® Pizza Program is a uniquely designed, all-inclusive pizza service developed on specifically par-baked for or the frozen K-12 school food service environment.
Unlike conventional options that rely on par-baked or frozen crusts, Smart Mouth provides a fresh made -from scratch dough using a proprietary fresh-dough honey wheat crust that qualifies as a whole grain rich under current USDA regulations. This fresh dough crust ensures a higher quality product that better aligns with students’ taste preferences while still meeting federal nutritional standards for fat, sodium and whole grain content. In addition to the product itself, the Smart Mouth® program includes comprehensive services.

The deadline to submit questions or responses for a like product to this notice is Thursday, December 18, 2025 on 2:00 pm .

NOTE: Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. Respondents shall not be permitted to hand-deliver, mail, telephone, fax or email offers.

Responses received after the submission deadline and/or transmitted outside of the designated OpenGov e-Procurement Platform shall be rejected.
