City of Patterson – Engineering Services Department

Project: Class 1 Bike Path on Sperry Avenue between Baldwin Road and American Eagle Avenue Project

The City of Patterson is seeking individuals, teams, firms, or a combination thereof interested in providing engineering and design services for the Class 1 Bike Path on Sperry Avenue between Baldwin Road and American Eagle Avenue Project. The bike path will provide paths on both sides of Sperry Avenue, the main thoroughfare and commercial area through the center of Patterson city limits. All improvements are located within the City of Patterson’s right of way.

Purpose of the Request:

The City invites proposals that include engineering and design services by an appropriately licensed team to work under the direction of City Staff. The selected proposal will

1) exhibit experience in design of public infrastructure and roadway and pedestrian improvements for municipal clients,

2) provide a full range of engineering and design services as they relate to federal and state guidelines (i.e. permits, plans, specifications, and estimates)

3) complete bid package for the entire project.
