Synopsis:
|
|
1. Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") on behalf of The Border-Line Housing Co. (1975) Inc. seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the following work: Construction involves an addition and renovation to Sunset Haven at Carnduff, Sk. as described in the Contract Documents listed below.
Tender documents to be posted no later than October 14, 2024.
The SHA is facilitating the procurement and project management processes on behalf of the facility owner, The Border-Line Housing Co. (1975) Inc. Therefore, the contract will be with the The Border-Line Housing Co. (1975) Inc. (“Owner”) and not SHA/The Border-Line Housing Co. (1975) Inc.
2. Bids must be received by SHA at the email address in full and arrive before October 29, 2024 2:00p.m. (Saskatchewan Time).
3. A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for October 16, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time). Meet point is at the main entrance. All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Pre-register for site meeting via email to Chrissa Ullyott at chrissa.ullyott@saskhealthauthority.ca one day prior to site meeting..
