The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to exercise the future options in order 36C25723P0434, GE Muse Service Maintenance Agreement, with GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, Inc.

Service Address: VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216-7167.
GE Healthcare provided a sole source letter stating that they are the sole provider of remote and on-site service and offerings for support agreements. Additionally, GE Healthcare does not subcontract or offshore any products or services.
This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No contract will be awarded based on offers received in response to this notice. If no affirmative written response is received within 7 days from the publication of this notice, the future options in 36C25723P434 will be exercised without any further notice.
