The 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis Minnesota intends to issue solicitation FA6633-25-Q-A008 to solicit proposals for multiple Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for UTA lodging to lodging establishments within a 15 mile driving distance to 934th Minneapolis-St Paul ARB. The lodging establishments must have single and double room vacancies during the UTA weekends and pass a site inspection by the Government.
A solicitation package is anticipated to be available at www.sam.gov on or around 14 May 2025. Paper copies will not be available. The entire Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this document and subsequent amendments. It is anticipated the following viewers are needed to open the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or .exe).
This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.203; this acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside.
Magnitude of acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, the size standard is $40M and the product service code is V231- Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel. The NAICS is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides.
A Request for Quote (RFQ) is contemplated IAW FAR part 13 with a 30-day response time after issuance of solicitation. Written quotations will be accepted during the solicitation period.
Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain all necessary updates/amendments from SAM.GOV
It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement within the closing date of the solicitation.
