Project Description: This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Skid Steer Services Owner/Operator for Parkland County’s’ Road Surfacing Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The requirement for skid steer services is part of Parkland Counties 2025 Asphalt Surfacing and Subdivision Preservation Program where rural roads and subdivisions with existing ASBC have reached the end of their service life. As part of the program, skid steer services are required to help facilitate the resurfacing of existing aprons and approaches within the rural subdivisions and along ASBC surfaced grid roads.
