The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District, will host an in- person and virtual Industry Day on 23 October 2025. Check-in on the day of the event will begin at 0730. Tentative agenda will include a program overview, and other topics covered from 0900- 1130. A question & answer (Q&A) session with Contracting, Construction, Engineering, and Programs and Project Management will occur in the afternoon from 1330-1600. The location will be in Winchester, VA, at Shenandoah University’s Stimpson Auditorium located in the School of Business at Halpin-Harrison Hall, 600 Millwood Ave, Winchester, VA 22601.

Parking will be available immediately next to and surrounding the Halpin-Harrison Hall with overflow parking available in front of the Ohrstrom-Briant Theatre, which is roughly a 5-minute walk from the School of Business. Campus public security will be made aware. Parking permits will not be required the day of the event.

Refreshments are available at the Brandt Student Center, which is roughly a 7-minute walk from the School of Business. Lunch is also available for purchase in the Brandt Student Center for a variety of options. Coffee and refreshments are not available at the School of Business building.

The purpose of Industry Day is for our architect-engineer and general contractor partners to have a glimpse of the current and upcoming program opportunities in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) to allow both USACE and our contractor community to be better prepared for the work ahead. Other select topics may also be presented and there will be an opportunity to openly discuss any questions, comments, concerns, and best practices contractors have about working in the CENTCOM AOR during the afternoon Q&A session.

The Middle East District will solicit questions from industry in advance of the event. Please submit any questions by 1600 Eastern Daylight Time, 16 October 2025 to the attention of Jeanette Farrell at Jeanette.M.Farrell@usace.army.mil with the Subject Line: Industry Day Oct 2025. Questions will be evaluated, and responses provided during the Q&A portion of the event.
