Nursing Platform

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University ("SUNY-DHSU") is looking to procure remote nurses, copiloted by AI, to provide patient support via SMS and phone calls. The AI platform ensures that the remote nurses create and maintain a one-to-one, personalized, empathetic, relationship with patients, leading to groundbreaking results for individual patients and at a population level.
The platform will provide some of the following features to SUNY patients:
• Outreach preparation, personalization and contact information verification
• Patient outreach via SMS texting and phone calls
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
• Appointment reminders
• Visit verification

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above commodity/product or service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice.

Any updates to this solicitation and answers to questions will be posted and released through the New York State Contract Reporter. It is the responsibility of all vendors to:
• Register with the New York State Contract Reporter and sign up to receive notifications about this solicitation; or
• Periodically check the New York State Contract Reporter for any updates or answers to questions pertaining to this solicitation.
