The project scope includes the installation of a new addressable fire alarm and voice evacuation system for this ten-story, 60,752 sf building, originally constructed in 1968. The existing fire alarm system will remain in service, until the new system is installed, tested, and accepted, and then it will be removed. Construction is expected to occur during the Summer of 2025, while the building is unoccupied.
