Consulting Services – Online Education Programs

The State University of New York System Administration (SUNY System) seeks to contract with an online program management provider in higher education capable of providing research, project management and analytics, marketing and recruitment, learning design, faculty development, student support services and technology to develop or enhance existing high-quality online degree and certificate programs in high-demand fields. SUNY System intends to make one award as a result of this solicitation. The awarded contract may be used by SUNY System, and all SUNY campuses, including SUNY Community Colleges, (see Exhibit C: SUNY Campuses). SUNY System and its campuses may request services on an as-needed basis, however nothing in this RFP shall alter the role between SUNY System and campuses regarding control of academic decisions including admissions, program development, program delivery (instruction), assessment of course and program learning outcomes, and decisions on whether, where, when and how to offer programs.

1. Bidders must offer these areas of service (described above) for the development, implementation and support of higher education online programs:

5. learning design;
6. faculty development;
7. student support services; and
8. technology

1. Bidders must have at least five (5) years of experience in providing the full scope of services listed above for higher education institutions or systems that have at least four campuses and 30,000 FTE students. It must have experience in developing associate, bachelor, and graduate degree and certificate programs.
