Description
Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) for the Orlando VA Healthcare System is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to Perform quarterly Legionella Pneumophila water and retesting upon upon positive legionella pneumophila finding.

Lake Baldwin Outpatient Clinic (OPC)

Project scope: The contractor shall provide scheduled quarterly on-site testing services and unscheduled retesting services within seven (7) days of notification. This is a non-personnel services contract. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall have the technology and know-how to efficiently and effectively manage services in its entirety. Contractor shall have the capability to support testing quantity increases for unforeseen and/or unscheduled conditions.
This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notices pursuant to FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.
Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10.
Capability statements shall include the following business information:
UEI number, business name, and address.
Point of Contact (Including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address)
Business size and NAICS for the acquisition
Socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, 8a, HUBZone, WO, Small Business, etc.)
Provide a narrative that addresses your firm s ability to provide the services describe herein.
Provide past performance for this type of service.
If you are a Government contractor holder on GSA, please provide the contract number.
